Educational DVDs and streaming licenses are available for all types of client institutions including but not limited to government agencies, school districts, consortia/area education agencies, single campuses, and for-profit and nonprofit corporations.

Rentals/Public Screenings

To rent a DCP, DVD, Blu-ray or print for a public screening outside of a scheduled class, please contact First Run Features at stsales@firstrunfeatures.com or 212.243.0600 ext. 20. Please provide as much detail as possible, including information on audience size, admission fees, and desired format.

Purchase & Payment

First Run Features accepts purchase orders (net 30) and credit cards. Please submit purchase orders via mail, email, or fax (contact information below). To order with a credit card call us at 212.243.0600 ext. 20 or complete and submit an order form. A confirmation email and invoice will be sent to the purchaser within one week of receipt of the order.

Shipping & Handling

Orders will be shipped within three days of receipt of payment or purchase order, via UPS Ground for $10 in the U.S. and $25 to Canada ($1/each per additional DVD). Please contact us for rush, express, or international shipping.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Requests for refunds and exchanges must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt. DVDs that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost, provided the defective material is returned promptly. First Run Features must be notified of any cancellations at least two weeks prior to date of use; shipping fees will not be refunded if materials have already been shipped.
